Happy New Year!

I hope that everyone has a safe holiday and I wish kindness, prosperity, and friendship be your lot for the coming new year. God Bless you all, especially for being supportive in helping me learn to tat. I don't feel that I'll ever know all there is to know and you'd think something as simple as a ring and a chain would be a snap. Those rings and chains connect more than just thread in this tatting community and I hope to get to know you all better in the coming year.

My sister and I always had our own way of signing off. I always ended my letters (to everyone) with God Bless! She signed with Godspeed. Now that she is no longer with us I have gotten in the habit of signing God Bless and Godspeed in memory of a woman who was/is/forever my best friend. This time of year I get a bit quiet because I miss her so much. She has been gone for 5 years now and one would think it would get to be easier. It doesn't. So, I'll get a bit more active again in a week or so, I do need to post some pics and get busy doing more tatting. I about have a small Christmas tree done, so I'll be posting soon- and God Bless and Godspeed.

My Nana used to say "Well Shit, uh I meant shoot" perhaps I should start ending my letters with that! ? hehehh

My fathers passing comes in early February, He has been gone 8 years come the 4th. He called me that morning told me he always loved me. He hung up and passed. I still miss him Sy. You are not alone.

I am going to put some things in the mail to you friday. I am just sick that the envelope I sent back on the 15th has not arrived.
I cannot send you the one you asked for as I do not have that thread anymore but I have a couple more that I hope you will like.
Blessings, light, curious shadows and well shit to you hun!

We never stop missing the people we love but you can console yourself with the fact that you had such a wonderful person to share with in your life. I try to remember the good times and good things when those anniversaries come around, specially as my mum had such an awful time at the end. God bless you, Hugs Juliet

Sorry to hear about your Sister's passing. It is true that we never stop missing the ones we love.

Hope you are able to post again soon! I'd still love to see your Christmas tree you mentioned even if it is March, LOL!
